How to Use
Fill in the Distance To Go column with the distance remaining at that
point in the piece an the Split column with the split you plan on
holding for that portion of the piece.
Ex: If you are doing 2000m and you want to hold the 1st 1k at a 1:45,
then the next 500m at a 1:44, and the final 500m at a 1:40 then you would fill it in
like the table.
Additionally, you can switch the distance column to distance per segment so you can average
workouts you have done or enter in the actual distance of the segment of a piece.
